The Big Task
You’ll service, maintain, and install boilers and hydronic heating systems in residential settings. Your goal? Ensure our customers are warm, safe, and confident they chose the best.
Key Sub Tasks
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential boiler and hydronic systems.
Perform high-quality installations and replacements of hydronic heating systems.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
Educate homeowners on system functionality and maintenance best practices.
Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and service documentation.
Join the on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and professional company vehicle.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
Continue professional development through ongoing training and certification.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with boilers, radiant heat, baseboard systems, zone valves, and circulator pumps.
Strong understanding of hydronic system design and operation.
Familiar with combustion analysis, gas piping, venting, and controls.
EPA Universal and RMGA certifications (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!).
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and strong work ethic.
